Unfortunately, we have recently had many patient no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which disrupt our scheduling and prevent other patients from receiving timely care. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to provide the best service to all our patients, we ask that you please call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. /As you may have heard, the CDC and now the Mass DPH have updated their guidelines for the public if you become ill with a respiratory virus. Regardless of which virus (Flu, COVID-19, RSV, etc), they recommend isolation until you are fever free without medication for 24 hours and feeling better.
