NURSES

We have a great team of well-trained nurses who are here to help with any medical questions you have.  If you have an urgent issue please call and ask to speak to one of the nurses.  They also assist in procedures such as giving vaccines and dressing wounds.

ADMINISTRATION

We have a friendly team working at our front desk who are here to help you with a variety of things from scheduling appointments to checking in to communicating with your provider.  They are here to greet you as you come in and help with any follow up as you check out.

MEDICAL HOME CARE COORDINATOR

Roslindale Pediatrics strives to partner with our patients and community to provide high-quality, compassionate and comprehensive health care for pediatric patients and their families. We work hard to create an organization that you consider your Medical Home. As part of the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Boston Children’s Hospital, we participate in quality initiatives and are currently pursuing official Medical Home designation by the National Center on Quality Assurance. As part of this effort, we have a Medical Home Care Coordinator, Jen Paxton, RN, BSN, who is available to our patients and providers to ensure that your childs’ health related needs are met. These needs may be medical or non-medical. If you’d like to speak with Jen, she may be reached at 617-522-0459.

MEDICAL ASSISTANTS

We have a dedicated team of medical assistants who will check in you or your child to prepare them for their visit with their provider.  They are great at making it easy and fun for your child.  They also help with labs, paperwork, and phone calls.

PHLEBOTOMIST

We have a pediatric trained phlebotomist who does a great job drawing blood from our patients from infants up to college age.  Having blood drawn can often be scary for a child, but our phlebotomist does a great job of distracting the child and making it as easy and painless as possible.
