late cancellation and no show policy

At Roslindale Pediatrics, we pride ourselves on excellent patient access and scheduling availability, which is among the best in the region. Unfortunately, we have recently had many patient no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which disrupt our scheduling and prevent other patients from receiving timely care. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to provide the best service to all our patients, we ask that you please call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the time to another patient who may be in need of medical care.
